Ginger Chip Cookies:

Ingredients:
Butter 150 gm
Caster sugar 165 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Flour 375 gm
Ginger powder 1 tbsp
Baking powder 2 ¼ tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Crushed almonds 100 gm
Chocolate chips 100 gm

Method:
Beat butter and sugar well until creamy. Then add eggs and beat well. Now add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Allow it to cool in the fridge. Then make small balls and bake it on 160 c for about 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Chicken Quiche:

Ingredients For Dough:
Butter 115 gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Flour 180 gm
Water 1-2 tbsp
Egg yolk 1

For The Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken 150 gm
Mushrooms 100 gm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cream 150 gm
Eggs 3
Cheese 100 gm

Method:
For the dough mix all the ingredients, mix well and make a paste. Then place it in a mould and bake on 180 c for about 10 minutes.
For the filling heat oil and cook the chicken well. Then add mushrooms, salt and black pepper. Mix and cook properly. Now add cream, eggs and cheese together, cook well. Then add the filling in the baked base and bake again on 180 c for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Honey Almond Cake:

Ingredients:
Butter 150 gm
Caster sugar 150 gm
Eggs 3
Flour 150 gm
Honey 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Crushed almonds 50 gm

For Topping:
Flake almonds 150 gm
Butter 1 tbsp
Honey 20 gm

Method:
Beat butter and sugar well. Then add eggs and all the dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake it on 180 c. Allow it to cool completely.

For the topping cook almond, butter and honey well. Now add to the baked cake and bake again in an oven on 160 c until the topping becomes hard. Lastly brush the honey and serve.
