what’s up guys we’re doing anothercooking video on the challenge and todaywe’re going to make a super easy snackthat is pretty pretty healthy and easyto make and to bring on the go so it’spretty good it’s really simple you justhave to combine all the ingredientstogether so first we’re going to startoff with on rolled oats 1 cup of rolledoats put that in we’re gonna get 2tablespoons of flaxseed this flaxseed isvery healthy for you help eat healthythen we’re gonna put in some honey tosweeten it up around like 2 tablespoons2 as well now for the most importantingredient is the nut butter you can usewhatever nut butter you wish I likepeanut butter but it’s not that healthyso I’m gonna use almond butter put thatin you might want to also get a spoon tohelp you get all the peanut butter outor whatever butter ease that’s prettygood and then this is optional but I’mgonna use chocolate chips these are likeit should less sugar in them so they’renot like that bad um and you’re gonnapass some as many as you wantum but it’s optional you don’t have toand now I round they give this a goodmix it’s gonna be hard so you’re gonnahave to use some like muscle strengthall right so now we’re going to put itin the refrigerator for 10 minutesthey’re done being in the fridge andit’s time to make them into bite-sizedpieces you don’t have to make them intobite-sized pieces but you can make itthem into whatever size pieces you wantI just wrecked them I like to have themat like a size like this maybe a littlebigger sometimes just different sizesfor different preferable ”tis is that awordokay prevalence preferences this is goodguys let’s make it happen preferableities new word 2021 now when you’re donewith these you just pop them in thefreezer and they’re good to go so youdon’t have to put them in the freezeryou put them in the fridge or you justeat them immediately which they’re goodanyway just whatever you preferalso back to the peanut butter thing asI said it was unhealthy it’s notunhealthy it just causes inflammation tosome people so that’s why our familydoesn’t use it because we are prone tothe inflammation of it I’m not but myparents are so you know we like to notbe inflamedI’m gonna make one super ball here justfor the fun of it and there you have itthe easy bites are done you can pop inthe freezer but I’m hungry so I’m gonnahave one right nowthey’re very good don’t forget tosubscribesmash that like button turn on postnotifications you can also check out myyoutube channel which is them in thedescription if the editor puts up theireditor do that and yeah these are reallygood I recommend recall the recipeChelan seduce bites cool
