Halloween Cookie Challenge is a TV show on Food Network that features four expert cookie makers who compete in two rounds of spooky and creative cookie challenges for a chance to win $10,000. The show is hosted by celebrity pastry chef Duff Goldman and social media sensation Rosanna Pansino, who also judge the contestants’ creations along with a rotating panel of guest judges. The show premiered in 2019 and has aired two seasons so far.
The second season of Halloween Cookie Challenge consists of six episodes, each with a different theme and challenge. The episodes are as follows:
- Episode 1: Day After Halloween and Ancient Coffin. The cookie makers show how the creepers relax the day after Halloween and make 3D ancient coffins with mummified ingredients.
- Episode 2: Half-Face Makeup and Zombie Parts. The cookie makers decorate half-face makeup cookies with one half being a self-portrait and the other half showing their scary makeup. They also make life-size oozing zombie parts out of cookies.
- Episode 3: Possessed Treats and Two-Sided Trick-or-Treat Bags. The cookie makers make cookies showing what would happen if our favorite Halloween treats wanted to eat us. They also make two-sided trick-or-treat bags that reveal a surprise when flipped over.
- Episode 4: Halloween Slice and Bake and 3D Haunted Mirror. The cookie makers take on one of the hardest technical challenges in the cookie world – slice and bake cookies. They also make 3D haunted mirrors that reflect their worst fears.
- Episode 5: Halloween Stained Glass and Halloween Funhouse. The cookie makers make glowing Halloween stained glass cookies and create a funhouse scene out of cookies that includes a moving element.
- Episode 6: Host a Haunted House and Spirit Boards. The cookie makers make cookies showing three levels of a haunted house and use spirit boards to communicate with the other side.
