Waffle Berry Surprise Full Recipe:
Waffle:
1 cup pancake mix (any brand)
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
Mix these ingredients well and put into well sprayed/heated waffle maker.
Berry Surprise Syrup:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Honey for sweetness (to taste) we used about 2 tbsp
bring to a boil until well incorporated on stovetop, mash berries and take off heat.
Whip Cream:
Heavy cream
Honey to sweeten
Mix ingredients into a kitchen aid or with a hand mixer until whipped up like whip cream consistency
Place waffle, syrup and whip cream with toppings on a plate and enjoy!
