Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour/plain flour (240g)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon (3g)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (2g) optional
1/4 tsp. ground cloves (1g) optional
2 tsp. baking powder (8g)
1/2 tsp. salt (2g)
3 large eggs
2 tbsp. white granulated sugar (28g) can add more if you want them sweeter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (3ml)
1 1/2 cups of milk (whole, 2%, skim, Almond, etc.) (355ml)
1/4 cup butter, melted (57g)
1 to 1 1/2 cups of canned pumpkin puree (240g to 360g)
