[Music]hello welcome to my DIY today is stillpumpkin pumpkin month its thingThanksgiving and I’ve got a no-bake andI’ve got a turtle pumpkin pie no-bakeokay so let me show you what you needfor that let’s get started okay first ofall you can get a no bake a no bake piecrust I’m using the graham cracker crustI’ll post a video here of making aheadmaking it ahead of time and thenfreezing it I just got it out of thefreezer this is the graham cracker crusthave it nice and cold and or you can doI also in the freezer have flour crustand you have to bake that ahead of timecuz this is a no bake okay let me showyou what you need put on your cookiesheet 1/2 a cup of walnuts and pecansmix then we’re going to roast those inthe oven 350 degrees for 8 minutes andyou will need pumpkin puree chocolatechips 2 large eggs we already got thepie shells some cinnamon and evaporatedmilk but I’m using coconut milk insteadand nutmeg while we are waiting for thenuts to roast get you a cooking pot outand we’re going to mix these ingredientsin here put in your two eggs we’re gonnawhisk everything together here one canof evaporated milk that I’m usingcoconut you know cuz I don’t have anyevaporatedand this will taste better anyway yeahhey flip that in two cups of pumpkinpuree hooray for the puree you can usesome you made yourself or just get thecans mix that in three tablespoons ofcream and I already whip this up so I’lljust put in four tablespoons of creamwhip that in there nuts I put donecooking so take them out of the oven andlet them cool okay 3/4 cup of sugar stirthat in and 2 tablespoons of cornstarchbut I don’t have any so I’m gonna useflour and when you use flour you have toadd one more tablespoon like if there’stwo tablespoons of cornstarch you needto do three tablespoons of flour whiskthat in half a teaspoon of cinnamon anda pinch of a nutmeg just a little teenyteeny bit I’m not mad okay so that islike turning your stove on we’re goingto cook this cook it for till it’sbubbly stop five units take yourchocolate chips half a cup of chocolatechips put them on the bottom and then1/2 a cup of roasted chopped 2 nuts putthem in the bottom hereokay no just sitting the wait they canwait herefor the stuff to put over the top okayokay this is starting to heat up stir itconstantly so it doesn’t burn but readyto start bubbling smells good it’s gonnait’s going to thicken starting to bubbleso I turned off the unit and use theleftover heat if you have a gas stove itshuts right off it electric stove youcan use the leftover heat and I finishsee it’s getting thick see the bubblingjust let it thicken we’ve turned theunit off it will not burn okay and thenover here we have the chocolate chipsand the nuts and you can this isoptional you can put in caramel that youhave melted caramel squares but I do notwant that I don’t like the caramel wellsome people like that but so that one isoptionalthen once this has thickened up I thinkI said at the beginning of the video forone tablespoon of cornstarch you needtwo tablespoons of flour so that’s thesubstitute get nice and thick pour itover our graham cracker crust no one’sgoing to put it in the fridge for hoursthat’s pretty full okay let’s put thatin the fridge as you can see that ispretty full so I’m going to get anotherpie crust out I’m going to bake this onefor 12 minutes and put the rest of thefilling in I’ll just put some chocolatechips and nuts in therethis was also a pie shell that I madeahead of time when you just get it outof the freezer so I can use this becauseI have so much of this pie mixture leftover so all I need is to cook that piecrust roast up some more these arewalnuts I ran out it becomes better halfa cup of chocolate chips I also havesome leftover pumpkinand I can use later just ate it and putit in the freezer and use it some othertime make sure you label let’s see youknow what it is and it’s only good inthe fridge for three days so freezing itis your better option also when you cookjust a pie shell you need to poke holesin it so you don’t get bubbles and I didnot pop coals before I put it in thefreezer cuz I don’t know if I’m gonnause it for okay the timer went off forthe pie now we’re gonna let that cool myshow is cooled off put chocolate chipsin toaster nuts the rest of the pumpkinmix not for two pies awesome amazinghelmet we’ve got two pies out of thatpretty good deal in the fridge okay andI’ll let those pies cool off in thefridge and then I will freeze them I’llput some saran wrap over them and freezethem for Thanksgiving for later laterGator okay it is the next day and I’vecovered these with saran wrap we’regonna put these in the freezer make sureyou write on there what it is no cookyou just eat itthanks for liking commenting andsubscribing and remember to I look formy DIYs every Friday at 2:00 thank youand good nightHappy Thanksgivingyou
