Recipe:
1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
6oz of semisweet chocolate
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
In a mixing bowl, add butter and beat for 30 seconds. Add sugars, mix well. Add in egg. Then pumpkin and vanilla, mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix.
Place on lined cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are light brown. Enjoy!
