Classic Baguette | The Easiest Loaf of Bread You’ll Ever Bake

This is one of the easiest loaf of bread I have ever baked. It stays soft for a few days if you store it in an airtight container or in a ziploc bag. It doesn’t last more than 2 days at my house to be honest.
I normally bake the baguette one day in advance to make bruschettas, cheese board or to eat with mussels. Always a hit at the party.

If you dont have the Kitchen Aid Mixer, you can knead the dough by hands. It doesn’t require you to knead too long (6min or until the dough is smooth outside).

In this video, I used the Instant Pot to proof the dough; you can proof it in a big bowl-cover it with saran wrap and place it in a warm area or in the oven with lights on.

Ingredients:
2 cups + 1/4 cup bread or all purpose flour (325g)
2tsp active dry yeast (6g)
2tsp granulated sugar (8g)
1/2tsp salt (3g)
1/2/ cup +1/3cup warm water (195g)
