Ingredients: Sandwich Bread Soft & Fluffy
Here’s what we need:
Bowl no1: MIX
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup fresh milk
1 Large Egg
2/1/4 Tsp Instant Yeast
70G Melted unsalted butter
Stir until well combined)
Bowl no2: Mix
3 -1/4 Cup All Purpose flour
1/4 Cup Granulated sugar
1 Tsp Salt
Mix Together )
Brush Eggwash: 1 Egg + 2 Tbsp Milk
