How to make: Jessie James Decker’s HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Here’s what you do:

1. Set your oven to 375 degrees

2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.

3. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and pink Himalayan salt until all fully combined.

4. Add eggs, one at a time.

5. Add in dry ingredients in parts. Stir until it forms into a dough-like texture. Add in chocolate chips. Stir until combined.

6. Create Dough balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.

7. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

hi everybody welcome back to taylor’stable i’mso excited to share today’s recipe withyou because we’re changing things upjust a little bit let me get everythingwe need[Music]today i am showing you the ultimatechocolate chipcookie recipe so full disclosure i’m nota big sweet person but i have been onthe hunt for a goodchocolate chip recipe for a very longtime both my dad and i have and we havenever found ituntil now i found it it’s jessie jamesdecker chocolate chip cookie recipe fromher just jesse book i’m so excited toshare this there’s one secret ingredientin there that i thinkmakes the world of a difference so i’llget you started we’ll start with our dryingredients but firstset your oven to 375 start with ourflourwe’ll need two and a half cups of flouri don’t remember where i read this butyou’re actually not supposed to stickyour measuring cup in the flour youshouldspoon it out and then spoon it into yourmeasuring cupnext we just need one teaspoon of saltand one teaspoon of baking sodaand then just with a spatula mix it alltogether[Music]for your wet ingredients here’s what youneed one cup ofpacked brown sugar one cup of softenedbutter or two sticks of butterhalf a cup of just regular cane sugartwo teaspoons of vanilla extracttwo eggs and then the secret ingredientthis is what i think makes a bigdifference it’s one teaspoonof pink himalayan sea salt don’t justuse regular salttry this and then depending howchocolatey you like your chocolate chipcookiesone to two cups of chocolate chips sowe’re gonna move over to my mixer to putall of this togetherso i’m using my kitchenaid mixer and allwe have to do is put inthe brown sugar the softenedbutterhalf a cup of cane sugarextract andthe sea salt[Music]after you combine all of that togetherand it’s like a creamy texture you wantto add in your eggs just one at a time[Music]now that all of that is combined we’regoing to slowly put inour dry ingredients so i like to do itin thirdsor halves and i switched umthe blade on my kitchenaidnext we’re gonna put in our chocolatechips we’ll stir it togetherand then we’ll create our cookiesnext you wanna grease your baking sheetand then you just start scooping out thedough and creating your cookies[Music]okay these are going in the oven foreight to ten minutes or just untilthey’re golden browni think the cookies are just about readyit smells so good in this kitchenand just like that our chocolate chipcookies are donemine maybe don’t look the prettiest butthey taste incrediblebig shout out to jesse james deckerthank you for sharing this recipewith us now go make yourself somehomemade chocolate chip cookies
