hello so in today’s video we are going
to cook whole wheat cookies which is sohealthy so crunchy and so sweet so
Without wasting time let’s get started firstof all in a bowl take 1/2 cup butter and 3/4
cup sugar powder now mix it well thenadd 1. 5 cup whole wheat flour now
mix it well and give it a crumbletextureafter giving it a crumble texture take
1/4 teaspoon baking soda and1 teaspoon baking powder now again mix
it well and add 1.5 tsp cumin seeds and2.5 tablespoon milk now start making a
Dough so our dough is done now give ita cuboidal shape so that we will cut it
in a thin slicesso as you can see here that I have given
it a cuboidal shape now refrigerate itfor 30 minutes so now we have
refrigerated it and now cut the it intoa thin slices so that when we bake it , it
will become crispyso now as you can see that we have
cutted it, sprinkle some cumin seedsat the the top of your cookies this is
totally optional you can skip it aftersprinkling some cumin seeds at the top
of your cookies bake it for 15 minutesat 180°c so now we have
baked it and this become really verycrunchy and so sweet so I hope you like
