Amos cookies and that’s abig deal mike has not had chocolate milkand over a week and now we’re out ofcookies what are we gonna do so that’swhat we’re doing today so we’ll getstarted in just a second so on top ofthe fact that we don’t have any cookiesin the house and but I do have all theingredients cause Mike did find all theingredients for me I get the bag ofNestle Tollhouse cookies or thechocolate chips and I look on the backfor the recipe that’s always therealways and lo and behold there’s anoatmeal cookie recipe who the hell wantsthat we won’t talk like tip that’s itand so got the big blender out I’m a bigmixer all by myself and I have thisbatter paddle on and not the wire whiskso I’ve got two sticks ofroom-temperature butter no I got ringingto me with that pedal so got with twosticks of butter down in there yeah I’mgonna add in my sugar brown sugar that’s3/4 cups of brown sugar and 3/4 cups ofregular white sugar and two eggs andwe’re gonna whip this up first get itgood and mixed up alright so we lock itin place and I’m gonna just put it onstirso I got some pure vanilla here oneteaspoon of vanilla get that in thereI’m gonna let that stir a second I justhave it on the stirrer the very firstlittle knot hereall right so it’s two and a quarter cupsof all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ofbaking soda you know like in the boxand one teaspoon of salt that’s easy soI’m gonna take our dry ingredients toput that together and I have a tinylittle whisk here and I’m just gonnablend that in before we put it in ourbutteris like thisis it still going oh alrightthat is good and mixed look at that I’mgonna get this off of this paddle so Ifound that putting the dough hook on atthis point is so much better and itreally does mix in the chocolate chipsand the pecans I have two cups of we wegot the milk chocolate chip morselsbecause it was hard to get bacon itemson the beacon all but I’m gonna put allof those in and mix it on low with thedough hook[Music]so much better than with the paddle canyou see meand that was one cup chopped pecansgo one more time just to stir it up okayI’m gonna cover this and refrigerate forone hourlet us know in the comments below if youwould like me to make another dessertsimilar to this I’m got a lot of time todo some bacon now so I’m consideringmaking a peanut butter fudge with achocolate chip topping that would be thefirst choice my second choice is littlemini lemon meringue pies and numberthree I’m gonna make some coconutmacaroons so let me know which one you’dlike to see in the comments below[Music]all right Joe it’s been about an hourand this dough is nice and stiff so weare ready to make some little cookiesright now and I wanted to show you realquick we have three different scoopershere because you want to have aconsistent size so I have one that’sthree tablespoons one that’s about twotablespoons and then the small one whichis what I’m going to use is about onetablespoon so if you want your littleFamous Amos cookies this would be theone if you want just a regular sizedcookie I would recommend the twotablespoons and if you don’t have one ofthese scoopers like this then just use aspoon or kind of gauge it with yourtablespoon measure right here but for usI’ve got one and I made these a coupleweeks ago so they came out really cute Ihad to make them again so I’m just gonnascoop these out and it makes a cutelittle um Famous Amos bite sized cookieand it’s perfect for dipping and milk atnight I like my cookies and milk beforeI go to be it so I’ll finish doing theseI have the oven on 375 it’s heating upand we’ll bake them for nine to elevenminutes the directions say okay theseare going in the oven see you in aminuteall right these cookies are done thefirst batch our first dozen they lookgolden brown and gorgeous so I’ll letthem sit here a couple minutes beforeyou try and scoop them up and then youwant to put them on a wire rack to cooland they’ll get nice and crispyand right before Mike turned on thevideo he said praise the Lord we go havecookies in the house tonight so whilethese were baking I went ahead andprepped another batch ready to go hereand then I put the batter back in thefridge all righty so I will use this Ican use my parts from in a couple timesso I’ve got this I had a piece ofparchment and my little mat here sovoila ready to go already so I’m putthese in the
