These cookies are perfect when you just want to make a small batch of cookies.

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp butter (softened)
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt.
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup cranberries
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar until well combined, add in the egg yolk, mix until well combined, add in the vanilla essence and mix until well combined.
Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until well combined.
Add in any fillings that you want to, I went with pecans and cranberries.
