Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter { 2 sticks }
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp fine sea salt
2 eggs { room temp }
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
6 oz milk chocolate chips

Directions
Add butter to sauce pan over medium heat and cook until it starts to foam.
Continue cooking, whisking constantly, until butter turns a nice golden brown color { about 10 minutes }.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Allow it to cool { about 10 minutes }.
With a hand mixer, mix together brown sugar, white sugar and browned butter { about 1 minute }. Then beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add flour mixture to butter mixture and beat on low speed until combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix in with a wooden spoon.
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Remove from fridge and using a cookie scoop { I used a small size }, scoop cookie dough and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet pan. Place back into refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°.Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, remove from oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool.
Sprinkle tops with a little sea salt { optional }. Enjoy!!
