hello welcome Gotham takes on and todaywe’re doing a collab with me and mymother hi everybody I’m LuAnn fromhealthy home cooking and today we aregoing to make banana peanut butterchocolate chip cookie breakfast scones[Music][Applause]are you ready lies yeah okay first thingwe need to do is we have 1/2 cup ofalmond milk but they can use any kind ofplant milk it doesn’t have to be almondmilk what I need you to do is put atablespoon of apple cider vinegar intothe almond milk okay whoops that’s okayput it in now use a tablespoon and giveit a little stir good enough now I’mgonna take these I’m gonna set themaside for later yep put the cap back onnow grab your pants we’re gonna move thebowl oh oh yeah we’re gonna put all thedry ingredients in first let me handthem to you so I can say what they arethis is 1 and 1/4 cup of almond flourhere’s the almond flour and here is 3/4of a cup of oat flouryou know how it flours me grinding oatsgrinding oats in my blender so oat flourin 3/4 a cup of oat flour and then hereis one cup these are quick oats but theycan also use rolled oats 1 cup of quickoats or rolled oats wonderful and then1/4 of a cup of brown rice flour youknow how this was madeBrenda brown rice grinding brown ricethere you go with the cup of brown riceflour okay why don’t you start sittingthem inside of otherwise we’re gonna runout of room here all right thenone is 2 and 1/2 teaspoons of bakingpowder baking powder 2 and 1/2 teaspoonsof baking powder 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ofcinnamon okay here is the 1 and 1/2teaspoons of cinnamon now smell thatingredient maple syrup sugar maple sugaryou know how they make maple sugarcrystallizing maple syrupexactly so put that in my juices that’sthree tablespoons thank you for askingthree tablespoons of maple syrup sugar[Music]do you know what that is this is a blackseed yepone tablespoon of ground flax seed he’sa 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed bumpthat out a little 1/4 teaspoon of bakingsoda here’s a 1/4 teaspoon of bakingsoda and 1/2 teaspoon of saltthere’s 1/2 a teaspoon of salt okay nowtake the whisk and mix it all up mix upwith the whisk[Music]now where’s our oven 350 degreesenter okay now that you have the dryingredients all mixed up it’s time toput the wet ingredients so here’s thealmond milk that you already put theapple cider vinegar in see how muchapple cider vinegar was that that wasone team spin and how much oh no it was1/2 of a cup here’s a 1/2 of a cup ofalmond milk and 1 tablespoon of applecider vinegar don’t drink this Iwouldn’t hurt you I don’t think it wouldtaste very good but it wouldn’t hurthere’s 3 tablespoons of maple syrup you3 tablespoons of maple syruppour that now you might want to get yourspatula and scrape out some now since tocollects blue I’m using a blue spatulaspoon thingy is battling this Boone’scombinedokay 1/3 cup of unsalted peanut butteryes 1/3 of a cup of unsalted peanutbutter yep and 1 and 1/4 cup of mashedbanana and don’t use green banana theyneed to have brown spots you know whywhy because they help to sweeten thecookie the sweeter the banana the morespotty it is one on 1/4 cup of of mashedbananas I know it looks gross but theyhave to have brown spots so it’s itsweetens of cookiedo not use green bananas ever well it’sthe brown spots on the skins now stirthat all up[Music]you getyeah for the ingredient you love 3/4 to1 cup of chocolate chip chocolate chefhere’s 3/4 – 1 cup of chocolate chipsthe best ingredient now you know if theydon’t like chocolate chips that could beraisins or chopped walnuts or maybe acombination so go ahead give that a stiryou think they’re mixed in well enoughyep okay let’s move some of our stuffhere just leave that we’re gonna movethe stuff that we’re done with over hereon this side now you have a sheet panhere I need you to put some parchmentpaper over so[Music]I like to put the parchment paper overthen a little bit better for you nowI’ll do the first one to show you howthis works here we go we’re gonna fillthe 1/2 cup measure of the batter withthe batter I guess I should sign and itdoesn’t have to be perfect that’s goodand we’re going to flop it on theparchment try it as best we can to keepit in a roundish shape kind of like thatand we don’t have to get too fussyokay you want to do the next one yepput it right aside that and you’re readyI came out pretty easy especiallywhat you don’t want to do is do thatdon’t press it down it will spread alittle bit in the oven all right whatyou’re trying to make this one a littlemore circular you’re just going to putthat in there for now that’s the nicething about using parchment paper it’svery forgiving now you put it in theoven for 28 minutes[Music]and be careful not to burn yourself[Music]now here’s one of the kids we had intheir refrigerator you can refrigeratethe cookies I’m gonna microwave for 30seconds because if I’m doing this videoas a thank-you gift for suka and and herfamily this video will make probably anew breakfast
