it is a new year and as you’ve seen allthe videos that we’ve been putting outkind of skirt that line between justeasy cooking but also healthy cooking sotoday we’re going to be making threerecipes three desserts using only threeingredients each they’re going to bereally quick and still very delicious[Music]we’re gonna start first with theabsolutely healthiest of them all all weneed is a cup of mashed sweet potatoesthese sweet potatoes have been boiledwith their skins on and then the skinsare taken off to protect that meat andnot get it too watery there then justmashed and then leveled out into one cupto that we’re adding half a cup ofmelted peanut butter you can usesugar-free peanut butter if you want abit of sweetness you can use kind ofpeanut butter what that’s likeI don’t sweetened with honey or sugaralcohols or whatever your fancy is butif you want to be really healthy justuse sugar-free peanut butter and to thatwe’re gonna be adding half a cup ofcocoa powder so literally if you look atthe ingredients it’s actually one of thehealthiest things you can make all we’redoing is putting that all together youcan do it with a whisk but it might be alittle difficult or you might be needmight need to be really strong or put inthe food processor get it nice andcrumbly and because of sweet potatoesyou can kind of form them then into apan and then put that in the oven forabout 15 minutesit’s basically cooked all you’re lookingto do is kind of like compact everythingtogether and get that peanut butter justmelted throughout the whole mixture nextone is one of my favorite recipes tomake it’s a three ingredient super softand decadent and feels unhealthychocolate cake all we’re doing is takinga whole stick of butter this is probablylike the most unhealthy part of itwe’re melting that with a bunch ofchocolates we were using purely darkchocolate you want to use semi-sweetchocolate you can as well and thatoption of adding artificial sweetenersis always there for you or naturalsweeteners like stevia and stuff we’rethen taking about eight eggs puttingthat into a mixer blend them for aboutfive minutes on a medium to high speeduntil they’re really nice and frothy allthat then gets put together and mixedtogether what we’re making sure here isthat the chocolate that we were meltingon the double boiler with the butterisn’t too hot because we don’t want tocook the eggs when we mix everythingtogether you’re pretty much done whenyou see that the mixture has one darkchocolate style color you’re then goingto put that into a pan what do you callthose springform pans you’re gonna putit into a springform pan before you dothat you wrap that springform pan in twolayers of aluminum this just makes surethat the water doesn’tto treat the chocolate because we’regoing to be cooking it into a bama heatso all you’re gonna do is take a largerpot fill that with some boiling wateruntil it reaches maybe halfway of thespringform pan that goes into the ovenaround 350 Fahrenheit for 25 minutesjust poke it poke it poke it until youget a stick that comes out nice andclean you could under cook this a littlebit the issue is because it’s just eggsbinding everything togetherit might go all over the place finallythe most unhealthy one we take one eggwe add a cup of sugarI know it’s a lot of sugar there areother types of ingredients you can usethat are sugar replacements but theyneed to have the same consistency assugar and in the Philippines those arereally hard to find so I just opted touse white sugar if you want to use othervariants you can just make sure it hasto a one-to-one ratio in bakingthat’s very similar to a fine whitesugar the sugar and egg mixture is thenblended with a huge heaping cup ofpeanut butter and this is all the fatand texture that’ll keep everythingtogether so that these peanut buttercookies come out perfectlyyou then roll them out into little ballsyou can play around with the shape andform use it fork to kind of make dimplesor whatever you want to do if you’relazy just use a scooper and just leaveit in the scooper put that in 350Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes for achewy consistency if you want itslightly crispier minutes the brownie about 15minutes and the cookies about 12 minutesand I think everything now is more orless ready that’s why I started with theone that took the longest and then movemy way down to the one that took theshortest amount of time to cook so thebrownie because of the starch which ismayor mainly the sweet potatoes youdon’t really need to rest it much youcan actually go ahead and just take itout so its section it this parts alwaysa little tricky[Music]so brownies are done we’re gonna takethe chocolate out from the remedy thatwe have going hereand this one I’m gonna let rest a littlebit to make sure that when I take it outit doesn’t kind of go all over the placeso I’m kind of just praying that itwon’tfinally the cookies just like with anycookies you want to rest these a littlebit so that they harden nicely so doublefoiling it was super key and make surethat none of the water kind of goes intothe springform pan but also at the sametime we don’t want the chocolate cakekind of melting outside the springformso usually when you use liquids inspringform you always run that risk sothis kind of just makes sure it doesn’thappencake is done textually you’ll see it’s alittle bouncy so what I wanted this tokind of happen is when I cut it thatCenter should be perfectly gooey whichis exactly what we’re looking for sothat jiggle is actually a good sign butthen I did poke it I like to poke thingsI did poke it a couple times to checkand the bamboo stick did run clear soit’s unsure how like moist it’s insidebut given kind of how the shape ismoving it’s a good signand finally our cookies[Music]time for my favorite part and that isthe tasting we’re inside of thechocolate cake because looks insane it’ssuper moist and kind of like perfectlysoft on the inside look at that a littlebit of smoked sexiness action happeningfor youflourless chocolate cake for me alwaysmakes sense because you don’t get thatachy texture you really just getsoftness and you think because there’sso many eggs and it’s just chocolatethat it would taste like eggs but reallydid not taste like eggs at all so goodthat’s one recipe to keep in your backpocket to share cookies so now they’vehardened nicely break that for you stillnice and moist inside if you want itcrispier just cook it a bit longerbecause that fat from that peanut butterwill help get it crispythese are nice and chewy exactly how Ilike them I mean this is probably themost decadent one out of all of thembecause it has sugar all the other onesas you notice don’t have any sugar butwhat I like about this recipe it’s justthe simplicity of it even though it’sslightly slightly unhealthy it’ll stillget you in and out of the kitchen reallyquickly and then finally the browniethis is the healthiest of the healthiestout of all these because literally it’sjust sweet potatoes and some chocolatepowder so you see and hold this shapenicely it looks like a brownieit won’t taste exactly like a browniebut because it’s sweet potato it’s supermoist if you want to sweeten this youcan with like stevia sugar alcoholsreally up to you so that was itthree recipes three ingredients eachexcept for one where we kind of added alittle bit of flavor in the peanuts withsome vanilla and a little bit of saltjust to kind of make it a bit morepalatable in a bit more tasty but threeingredient recipes really simpleeverything was prepared within 15minutes and then cooked within 25minutes so you have zero excuse to makeeither healthy desserts or did to startcooking this year[Music][Applause][Music]
