hey guys today we are going to be makings’more cookies I apologize for anybackground noise we’re putting outEaster stuff in the background it’s kindof getting stuff done so anyway let’sget it started to make these you’regoing to we’re gonna make a grahamcracker crust a chocolate cookie andthen melt a marshmallow on top of thecookie so we’re gonna start with thegraham cracker crust you’re gonna needtwo cups of graham crackers so I foundthat a bag and a half graham crackersworks and about the stick and a half ofbutter so we’re gonna have to crush upthese graham crackers and melt thebutter so to crush up the grahamcrackers you can use a mixer to do thisa ninja or you can use a rolling pin[Music][Music]pretty well can you go in and just kindof get okay now we’re going to transferthis to a bowljust kind of break up any big piecesthat you might do you think might be toobig and now we’re gonna melt this butterit’s so that’s melted and we’re going topour that in make sure it’s completelymelted and we’re going to mix ittogether if you need more butter or moregraham cracker if you got too much youcan always go back and melt some more orcrush up some more but before you judgeif you need more not make sure you getit allit should start to smell really bad onthis job so I’m going to add just alittle bit more butter and tonight it’sstill just fairly crumbly so I’ll beback winces OHmixed together and it’s time to put itin the oven okay so I put this on thetray and I’ve been testing out baking itit does not work the butter made itspread out and then when I tried to pickit up it just crumbled so we’re goingwith Plan B actually a Plan C um we’regoing to what you need to do now is rollit out or just kind of smush it you soit’s like a dough after I’ve let thissit for like 15 minutes and it’s morelike a dough now so just kind of spreadit out and then you’re going to take acutter it’s not any circle cutter andjust cut it outand it comes out nice circle stuffy I’mjust gonna push it a little bit so we’regonna cut these out and then we’re gonnaput them in the freezer let them hardenup so we can start on our chocolatecookie and we’ll put the chocolatecookie on top of these when they’re doneso you might have to make more of thisbecause a little bit different thoughtbut it should work now so we’ll see andlet’s get with making the chocolatecookie those are in the freezer we’regoing to start on our cookie recipe I’musing a regular chocolate chip cookierecipe from the new Good Housekeepingcookbook and I’m going to add achocolate I’m gonna add chocolate to itso I’m taking I don’t want to use cocoapowder for this because I don’t want todry it up too much so I’m just gonna adda little bit of extra chocolate this isextra liquid that I’m adding in I’mmelting my butter with the truck withsome chocolate chips to make chocolatebutter and this will get added in so I’mgonna melt this that’s melted we’re justgonna set that aside make sure itdoesn’t congeal back up I don’t think itwill just start occasionally to makesure it now we’re gonna measure outor flour baking soda and salt store dryingredients so let’s do that[Music][Music][Music]now we’re going to switch over tospatula piss now we’re going to add inour egg this recipe calls for tablespoonof water I’m only going to put in ateaspoon of water because I’m adding inmelted butter and that’s an added liquidso and I don’t want this to be too runnyif it’s too thick I’ll just add in therest of the water and those of you whodon’t know there’s three teaspoons intablespoon so I’m adding in a thirds andwater and I can just add in two moreteaspoons to make that cool if I need tosoget a spoon vanillastart to see some crumbs forming in themixturenow we’re adding our main liquid butterand chocolate or that if you want towell you probably shouldn’t do thisanyway to get all the chocolate out soyou’re not wasting chocolate becausechocolate and – you’re gonna need theseextra liquid let’s just go around thisbowl with your spatulaonce you get mostly out yeah we’re gonnamix this up[Music]should be for me nice dough or shouldn’tstick to the side of the Bulls ball toomuch so you don’t need any extra liquidto it and now this is just a littlepersonal thing I like to add in just tomake it more chocolaty personal thing Ilike biting into a cookie that haschocolate chips in it it’s just thatlittle bit of personal thing you can addin whatever mixing you want but if youwant to keep its’more you can just add in chocolatechips Loki the planokay so this is my dough and now I’mgoing to clean all this up and come backso we can put this on the sheet and bakeit okay so I’ve got my marshmallowsthese are going to go on later and now Ihave my ice cream scoop and my pan linedwith parchment so we’re going to takethe ice cream scoopand then we’re gonna put it down so I’lldo these[Music]you got em all lined up in a 3x4formation so we’re gonna put these inthe oven for about seven well 12 minutesbut we’re gonna bloom in it / seven andthen put back of one of thesemarshmallows on top so they should havespread out a little bit at seven minutesand then for the last couple minutes I’msorry we’re going to put it in at nineminutes not seven because these go alittle bit longer they go for 12 minutesand we’re gonna put half of this on andlet it melt into it a little bitfactories are in the oven alreadyugly so apologize for the dog she’sgoing crazy he let her in here so we’regonna put the marshmallow on push itdown a little bitthese might need a little bit longer andthey develop bigger if you make themsmaller they probably will we need 12minutes my money 15[Music]and I’ll be back when these are done wegot these out of the oven and these outof the freezer so we’re gonna start withfinish assembling I’ll be completelydone in about an hour because I’mwaiting for another batch of thesegraham crackers to chill so we can getsome of these done anyway cuz these aredone so you’re gonna take one of thegraham cracker pieces and if you have totrim cookie a little bit you can get aknife just trying treading the cookie alittle bit if you have to fits thegraham cracker and then put the grahamcracker companies if you need somethingto stick it you can melt it down alittle bit of chocolate or melt downsome marshmallow right now I’m justgonna set it on chocolate and go backand finish these and I’ll be back whenthese are completely done so we gotthese finished we put the graham crackeron the bottom use a little bit ofganache to glue it and then I put alittle bit of ganache over the top andthis is the finished product I hope ifyou make these then turn out really welland they taste really good[Music][Music][Applause]
