Excellent dessert, which is a culinary attraction of restaurants, but also mobile stalls on the streets of Brussels and other cities in Belgium. It tastes best with fresh fruit.

500 g flour
3 pcs eggs
100 ml oil
200 ml milk
100 gr sugar crystal
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 spoon soda bicarbonate
2 teaspoon salt

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and whisk the egg whites until graphite. Add the oil, milk and egg yolks to the dry ingredients and whisk until the waffle dough is smooth. Add whipped egg whites.

Pour the finished dough into a waffle machine and bake for about 5-7 minutes. Serve with maple syrup, jam, honey or nutella.
