THE THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp Stormcloak Seasoning
3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 batch Rye Pie Dough
Heavy cream for brushing

To make the Stormcloak Seasoning included in this recipe you’ll need:
2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp grains of paradise
1 tsp mustard powder
2 tsp fennel seed

To make the Rye Pie Dough included in this recipe you’ll need:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup rye flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Stormcloak Seasoning
6 tbsp cold unsalted butter
1/3 cup ice water

Oh what are the controls again oh right[Music][Music]greetings adventurer what brings you tothese parts are you going to thefestival and solitude if you need somecoin I have a quest I didn’t need somecoin what’s the quest my family hasn’teaten in weeks we are starvingdo you please make us some pies you needme to bake some pies not a baker anadventurer you have kids yes I have tenchildren oh you do this for me you canchoose one of these potions they’ve beentold to give restorative properties Iused to be a baker but I took an arrowto the knee so I can’t cook anymorebut can’t you still bit further wellaventure good luck greetings adventurersand welcome to off the pie charts one ofmy subscribers recommended that I made asavory pie what better way to get readyfor the fire festival in solitude andthen make these festival hand pies nowthis recipe is in the Skyrim cookbookwhich I’ll link in the description boxbelow let’s get started first we need tomake the Stormcloaks seasoning for thisyou’re going to need dill fennel seedmustard powder and grains of paradisewhat the is grains of paradise if youguys know what grains of paradise is letme know in the comments below first weneed to crush these seeds I like to takethe end of my axe and smash them downfor the pie dough you’re going to needflour salt our Stormcloak seasoning icecold water cubes of butter and an axefor destroying your enemies all rightinto the flour you want to mix the saltour Stormcloak seasoning you just wantto give that a little whisk then we wantto add butter into flour mixture andusing your hands like you would anyother dough just mix this together we’relooking for like a coarse breadcrumbconsistency once you give thatconsistency you use just enough waterfor the dough to start coming togetherI’ve wrapped the dough let’s put it infridge rater for about 30 minutes whilethe dough is chilling let’s make thefilling okay for the filling you needmeat I went with sprig in here once itget underneath the bark they’re actuallyquite tender I hate those guysgarlic cheese rice and sour creamsreally upset the farmer over this oneprobably a bounty over my head now overmedium heat you want to melt your butterand then go ahead and add your garlicthey just want to brown your garlic alittle bit firstonce the garlic’s ready you can add yoursprig in I mean meat of choice they justlooking to brown this as wellI’m also gonna add some salt and pepperto taste here this point when I have therice and the sour cream and mix untilit’s incorporated now you want to takeyour mixture off the heat and stir inthose cheese we’re gonna let thoseflavors marry for 10 minutesall right the dough’s chill that’s rollit out well add some flour to yoursurface here and grab some your doughtake your rolling pin you want to getstabbed out 1/8 inch thick and take mydough cutter here and make some cutsand I have a cookie sheet here withparchment paper I’m gonna put them onwith the rounds of your dough done youjust put some filling in the middle thenyou place one on top and then you take afork and use the tines to just pinch theedges herefor the finishing touch you brush heavywhipping cream on top I don’t have abrush so I’m just going to try to spoonsome onthese go in the oven at 350 degrees for25 minutes or until golden brownI think these turned out great whetheryou’re burning a king or going on astroll with some friends you can want tomake sure to bring some of these pies Ithink the only thing that we need now issome ale I’m excited to try one of theselittle guys mmm the crust is nice andflaky could use a little bit moreseasoning on the inside but I thinkthese are a really good snack guys ifyou liked this video smash that likebutton if you’re new to my channelplease subscribe hit that Bell I makenew videos weekly and you won’t want tomiss it if there’s something you want meto make for you put it in the commentbox below and I’ll do my best until nexttime this is off the pie charts[Music]
