▪️Digestive Biscuits 18-20
▪️Butter 5 Tablespoons
F̲o̲r̲ ̲D̲u̲l̲c̲e̲ ̲D̲e̲ ̲L̲e̲c̲h̲e̲:
▪️Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoons
▪️Butter 3 Tablespoons
▪️Condensed Milk Can 1 (397g)
▪️Double Cream 400ml
▪️Sugar 1 Tablespoon (optional)
▪️Crush digestive biscuits and add butter in it.
▪️Transfer to pie dish or tart pan and make an even base with help of a place surface like base of a glass or cup. Refrigerate.
▪️For dulce de leche boil the condensed milk can for 3 hours on medium to slow heat. Take out from hot water and leave till it’s cool.
▪️Other method is to melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar and make a sauce. Then later add condensed milk and cook for 6-8 minutes. When yiu see the colour is changing pour it over the biscuit base and refrigerate. Constantly stir with a spatula otherwise it will burn.
▪️Whip the double cream with added sugar.
▪️Now layer everything.
▪️First it’s biscuit base then middle one is dulce de leche. Take out the pan from fridge and cover it with sliced bananas.
▪️Top layer is with cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or almond flakes.
▪️Chill it for atleast 2 hours.
