Nothing works up an appetite more than a long day of questing! Or, if you are a DM, a long day of listening to your party bicker about whether or not to kill the halfling you met in the shabby tavern for being “Suspiciously friendly”.

In either case, these delicious mini pies are the perfect addition to any middle-earth table. Enjoy, Nerds!

One batch of pie dough should make about 10 galettes.

Almond Paste Ingredient amounts:
1 cup Almond flour or ground almonds
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp room temp butter
1 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 egg

5 to 10 fresh or frozen blackberries for each Galette
