Brownie Cheesecake Pie

This pie looks like a blooming Flower if dicois Brownie and cheecake swirls. I used a premade pie Crust and Brownie mix to create this. The time to cook was almost two ours. I cooked at 350 for the first 40 minutes uncovered and then put foil to bake for another 40 minutes. Everyone in my family really liked it and I hope you will to. Thanks for watching.

what’s up Jess Kelly squad today we’retrying a new recipe it’s it’s going tobe a brownie cheesecake swirl pie with apie shell so see how it comes up let’sget started first step is to prepareyour party mix this is our favoritebrownie mix rightdoes it have chocolate chips inside yeahthis chocolate chip is a pickingassistant telling me to prepare thebrownie mix then I’m going to put threepackages of cream cheese I’m adding 1cup of sugar and a little vanilla knownow I’m just mixing this up until it’sblended wellartistic mixes blending now we’re goingto add one egg blend when ice blendedwill add another egg so two eggs totalyeah all of these guys that okay let mehave it eggshell okay if you ever havean eggshell that falls into your recipeit’s the best way to get it out is touse another eggshell because it’s like amagnet see there it is and it’s justscooped out so easy if you try to grabwith your hands it just keeps movingawaynow it’s had to use the pie crust Icheated and got a prepared pie crust andit’s up to me to just shape it and putit in the pan we’re here my first pieshowand then have a second facial and I’mgoing to try to use it not to cut offsome to make different design okayactually I’m going to change this to mydaughter says don’t do swirls she wantsto make the roof okay so let me tie makethose rows here aroundokay so right here I’m just gonna goahead and keep cutting some strips ofthe pie shell and join it together tomake a rose shape and I’ll use theexcess later onto keep the pie crust nice and clean sowe can see the shape I’m going to do mybestnot to get any of the cheesecake mix orbrownie mix on the Shelf just in betweenthe petals that we madeI can use some of that crust to bring upthe edges of those roast lines that weshaped earlier because the brownie andthe cheesecake kind of got leveled withthe pie crust and we really want the piecrust to show through all around andinside of the flourand then with the extra title we canmake little leaves or make some pointytips on some of the rose petals this pietook a long time to be so it was 40minutes at 350 and then when I first gotinto it it was still a little raw so weput it back in with foil over it foranother 40 minutes but at 400 degrees soI took almost two hours to cook thatlooks really nice and I’m happy that itcame up let’s see how this pie tastes Ihope we get a little bit of a browniethe pie crust and cheesecake in eachbite that will be perfect next time Ishould bake the crust first and then putthe fillingwe have a little taste testerthat’s it it is hot let’s just cut thatalready feel it hot[Music]try let’s dig in do that if like youhave no bones in your lower chin
