This recipe is very quick and easy! You can’t go wrong 🙂
Add any vegetables and spices you like, you can alter the recipe any way you wish.. its your Dish! Perfect with just a salad on the side, it is very filling.. it is also easy to make for a crowd.
You can make this ahead and store it in the refrigerator or freezer, then pop it into the oven with the cheese on top.
For leftovers, just reheat and maybe sprinkle a little more cheese to make it look fresh 🙂
Tip.. you can easily hide vegetables in the chicken sauce for the fussy little kiddies!

Ingredients:
2-3 diced bell peppers
1 diced onion
2 chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 diced tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato paste or puree
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp ground ginger
salt + pepper (to taste)
around 1.5 kg potatoes (check for ones that mention suitable for mashing)
2 tbsp butter
cheddar cheese
mozzarella (optional)
drizzle of milk
Bake in 200C / 400F preheated oven until golden brown around 20 minutes.

I like the idea! Btw dear, I notice you use candles so much and it does make everything look nicer. I didn’t normally used them at all until recently (which I got inspired from your videos ) but my husband told me “are you sure they dont make the air unhealthy”, then I researched and realized depending how they are made, might contain some toxic materials. I noticed anyways some weird caugh these days so I stopped using them. I am thinking of using some cute led lights instead. Please check details about those you are using! Love
