Cauliflower Pie:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup Cauliflower
– 1/2 cup whip cream
– 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
– salt and black pepper to taste
– Any herb of your choice
– 1/2 egg
– 3 Tablespoons of Almond flour
– Half teaspoon of olive oil
Preparation:
1- take half beaten egg and add 3 tablespoons of almond flour and half teaspoon of olive oil.
2- Mix well put aside.
3- Boil Cauliflower and mash it.
4- Add cream and stir.
5- Add salt and black pepper.
6- Add cheese and any herb of your choice.
7- Roll out egg mixture with your hands into thin strips and cover your cauliflower mixture with them.
8- Bake at 350F for 7-8 minutes
