In this video we will see how to make a no bake apple pie recipe, this is an easy alternative of traditional baked cheesecake, and this dessert with apples will be good for any occasion and will delight you with its taste.

350gDigestive biscuits
175g melted butter
4 apples
4 eggs
150g Sugar
50g flour
500ml milk
1tsp vanilla extract
6g gelatine powder
70ml water

In a food processor crush 350g digestive biscuits
Add 175g melted butter and mix well
Transfer the biscuit crumb and butter mixture to a cheesecake mould
Spread the mixture uniformly in the mould
Press with a glass bottom into a shape of pie crust
Peel two apples and cut in small pieces
Cook the apples in a sauce pan with sugar and butter
Add juice of half a lime
Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool down
Take 4 egg yolks in a mixing bowl add 50g sugar and mix well
Add 50g flour and mix well
In a saucepan add 500ml milk and add 1tsp vanilla extract
Slowly pour the milk into the mixture of egg, flour and sugar while stirring
Transfer the mixture into a sauce pan and cook until it thickness
Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool down
Spread the cooked apples in the pie crust
Pour the custard on top of the cooked apples in the pie crust
Refrigerate for few hours
Prepare the top layer of the pie
Take two apples and cut in very thin slices with a mandolin
Place the slices of apples in a bowl with water
Microwave for 30 seconds
Remove the apple slices from the water and dry with a kitchen towel
Place the apple slices on top of the custard spread in the pie crust
Prepare the decorative flower with the apple slices
Place the apple slices in a overlapping straight-line
Roll it to form a flower shape
Place in the middle of the pie
Pour mixture of water and gelatine on top of the apple slices
Refrigerate until set
Before removing the mould leave the pie in room temperature
