In this vid I make a beautiful pumpkin pie cheesecake, with pecan praline, ginger cream and chocolate ganache.
and you don’t “have” to put anything in an oven… prefect no?
you will need:
1/2 large pumpkin or about 250g of pumpkin puree
750g cream cheese
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 put powdered gelatine
3 tbsp water
150g Brown sugar
200g icing sugar
