oh hey everybody
Johnny Bravo here with another
mastermind kitchen discovery you might
be asking yourself could he do it again
could he make something in the kitchen
that has never been done before

number one while Barry muffin mix just
add milk ingredient number two milk and
for the most important ingredient salted
butter you’re also gonna need a nice
mixing bowl I have this one pretty good
size you can tell it’s been used quite a
bit and get your muffin mix go ahead and
pour it in the bowl and then you’re
going to get half a cup of milk got that
now I’ve already pre-mixed the bowl so
this is what you’re going to want it to
look like kind of like I guess you’d say
a pancake mix which is a hint the next
step all right so I’ve already pre
buttered the skillet ona got it on let’s
see between medium and high you don’t
want to burn the bottom of your pancake
so what you’re gonna do is pour this
into the skillet boom
wait till you see these little bubbles
coming up you’re gonna want to see those
coming up in the middle as well and then
you’ll know it’s ready to flip you can
also test the corners with your spatula
and see if it’s ready to flip you don’t
want the bottom burning because that’s
gross who wants my bottom that’s just
about done it’s about ready to flip
see how I
even with half so what you do is get
your spatula in there look check that
out it’s gonna be good now the smaller
you make these things the better they
taste don’t ask me why I don’t know
that’s how it is you have a couple flips
now the ultimate test is you got a press
on it if it bounces back then you know
it’s just about ready if it doesn’t and
it stays in then it’s like soupy in the
middle and it’s not ready but that looks
like it is ready
glorious pancake is made get a stick
some butter you want as much as you can
put it on there because it’s so good
just get in there that’s good just get a
piece of it yeah
mmm what the best part about this is
it’s like the whole thing is the top of
the muffins and it’s amazing thanks for
