Hey Guys,
Today I’ve made Super Fluffy and moist VANILLA PANCAKES !
Follow the exact recipe if you like and do let me know how it turned out!
INGREDIENTS:
Plain Flour – 1 1/2 cup
Pinch of Salt
Sugar – 5 Tbsp
Baking Powder – 3 tsp
Egg – 1
Milk – 1 cup
Melted Butter – 3 Tbsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
If you want to make Chocolate Pancakes, follow the same recipe and add 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened) and increase the quantity of milk to 1+1/3 cup and you’ll have your Fluffy Choc Pancakes ! Yumm!
