okay hello again we are back and this isabout 12 hours later from when we lastmade this oh we need to introduceourselvesI am warrior of light I am Joe mama okayand we have please tune in to watch ourother videos before this one if you havenot already and we taught you how tofeed your starter your hat not when youstarter and also how to make the thisthe natural yeast sponge to bake thepancakes today so this is what we’regoing to do I take the sponge that’s notall night and you can see that it washere and now it’s grown to almost twiceits size and that’s what you wantbecause you want to see all of thehealthy bubbles underneath there andthat’s going to help your pancakes rightand your bread rise so it’s not flat asa pancake flat is a brick that’s what Iwanted to say buddy’s a paper and so itjust comes out very nicely very veryvery good snow that that holds so good Iwant to look at boy angry alrightso I usually for about this much Iusually add one or two eggs we’re gonnaadd a couple eggs today so do you wantit let’s let’s do it in I felt that goodenergy hi it was singing to me perfectand then and then we add some milk andfor people that I make this for theyusually are you know lactose intolerantor they can’t have eggs so usually Idon’t make it with any eggs or any milkand I just add a little bit of water tohave a very thick pancake consistencyand then I just put that in the pan witha little bit of oil but today we have wedon’t have those allergies but I stilllove almond milkgonna add a little bit of this and asyou can tell I’m not measuring anythingbecause I kind of just go into whateverI feel likeand what’s that spoon for I’m just goingto know that’s right I just gonna put myhands in it and and work it in work itokay here we go[Laughter]okay well she is grabbing that milk orwe don’t have to it and so sure it’s ohI also add a little bit of honey ormaple syrup so would you want to grab methat was funny when you wanted to grabme the maple syrup in the greencontainer it’s in the big like yes andwill you just like do it a little splashI’m seriously want to have more I’mwanting to lick it yes please a littlebit more I like it really sweet okaythat’s goodoh that’s what I wanted thank you somuch okay so as you can see I don’t knowif you can see but I this I’m gonna putboth my hands in here I hope you don’tmind Laurie no so this is very glutinousand elastic and so you want to break upthe clumps with your hands and stir inthe egg you can put it all in theblenderI’ve seen them do it on other shows tobreak it all up in you know evenly but Ilike to use my hands because again Ilike to put my energy and my heart andmy soul into the bread to raise thevibration and you can add essential oilsyou can addherbs whatever that you want to do tomake it healthier for you but it isalready pretty darn healthy and I wantedto also something that I forgot to sayin the other videos is you want toalways have your starters except for ifit’s only gonna be in a bowl for likeless than an hour you want to alwayshave them in either a glass container orceramic something that is not going toleach out any metals or plastics – Iwould not put them in something metal orplastic for more than an hour so ifyou’re gonna have it sit on the counterovernight for six to twelve hours alwaysput it in glass or ceramic because thisis active and reactive and it will leachout the metals and the and the plasticsfrom the bowl so what it’s doing in yourbody is it’s pulling out all of thosetoxic metals and plastics that have beenin your body for years and years andit’s taking out the trash for you andisn’t that amazing so you’re gonna be somuch healthier in so many ways you guyshave to eat this it’s so good for youalright so let’s go ahead and fire upthe skillet and and go ahead and and goahead I’m gonna wash my hands formhearts on my skillet so I put a littlebit of olive oil or you can usegrapeseed oil I would not recommendcoconut oil because that burns reallyquickly and so you just put a little bitof oil on the skillet and so you youplugged it in yesokay and I don’t know I just use acast-iron pan I would recommend oh Ilike I use a cast-iron pan because Ilike the ironI need iron in in my body so it’s justwhatever type of skillet that you wantto use today we’re gonna use a what’sthis griddle don’t know are you able tosee me or is it okaythen are you oh that’s like prettyperfect what do you think no okay sowhat’s the hottest part right here inthe middle Joe mama okaybecause yeah I’m not getting right hereI’m getting the mic right here okay yeahit’s fine and and and it’s able to catchthat you know catch what I’m doing Imean the video in the panwell I wanted to show the pan you wantto just like hold it yeah all right yesokay so this is seriously how I do it Idepending on how hot it isit might need to do a little bit hotterbut I just grabbed out a little bit andI just let it fall and I usually put oneside of the heart like this are youcatching this Laurie I am that’s cooland then the other side of the heart andthen I pull it down on the bottom andthen I I Slough it out ourspread it out I guess that’s my fingersat the top don’t burn yourself nowplease have parental guidance at alltimes and then it makes a heart so youwant used easy – yepand so this is how I always have contactI try to always have as much contact asI can with the food because as you havemore contact with the food then the foodyou’ll know you’ll be able to taste andsmell and feel on all levels what itneeds and so that’s really how we’regoing to be grounded and get back to theearth and get back to our food and sowe’re you’re just gonna let that cook ahwhat else are we gonna talk about hmmlet’s see oh I’m gonna make a baby onewell I’m talking any more oil just righthere and Oh freezing so we might you canthat’s what I want to talk about I haveum yeah you got my wish that oil isgonna drip so got it there’s a yeah okayI have a little catcher do you I thinkit’s in the drawer right by your thatlong or no nope okay let’s let’s lookfor this thing yeah there we gonope I got one I got it okay I’m gonnado a shirts in hereI’m gonna do another pancake and thenwe’ll flip the other one I’m gonna do asmaller pancake it’s a little hard asyou can tell I mean this is you’re notyou might not be a pro at this the firsttime that you do it because it took me alot of time to work with the dough workwith the batter batter dough whateveryou want to call it and so each heart isgoing to be its own unique shape awesomeokay so as you can see there’s lots ofbubbles on the top of this first onethat’s ready to be flipped do you wantto yeah I mean Joe Joe Joe okay so youjust grab it don’t be afraid for allthose who are not confident in flippingokay if the one heart is on top of theother heart because we want our heartsknit together that’s right okay it’sit’s okay if there’s a little bit thatis if though if the heart is missingsome of its pieces then you just bringthe pieces back together see if it isthe whole heart and so if you don’t wantto make them this big this is usuallyhow big I make them and I can usuallyeat a pancake like this once a day andbe full for pretty much most of the dayand but if you want them smaller so youcan flip them better then you can do itabout this size and again you want towait a little longer until most of thebubbles there’s lots of bubbles and thatis we’re a really good sign that it isthat the final week gluten is workingand that it’s going to be a lot fluffierthan then if it didn’t have the naturalyeast in it if it didn’t have the vinylwheat gluten soyou can even try and flip it right nowif you want but it probably needs maybeI’d say 30 more seconds and then we willbe doneoh I wanted to say so the naturallystarter you if you don’t want to feed itevery three days when you’re keeping itin the fridge the the flour in the waterthen you can put it in your freezer andit will survive it will not die it willsurvive at very very cold temperaturesfor I think like six months to a year Iwould double check that but for a verylong timeyou won’t have to feed it so if you keepit on the counter you will have to feedit 12 about every 12 hours so that’stwice a day that’s what the pioneerwomen had to do yeah intense it’sprobably what we will have to do againbut that’s okay because we’ll be makingbread twice a day maybe man alright herewe go let’s see a little break littleprayer that these hearts do not breakand thank you so much for joining ourwonderful Network show with warrior oflight and jomamathank you bye
