1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
3/4 Cup (Almond) Milk
1 Table Spoon Maple Syrup
1 Large Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Small Bananas
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips

hi guys welcome to my home it’s mr.Latta I hope everyone’s doing well andstaying safe so today I wanted to makewith you some pancakes and this is a funrecipe I wanted to try so I thought I’dtry it out with you guys okay so theseare the supplies you’re gonna needyou’re gonna need a measuring cup forliquids some measuring spoons anddifferent sizes some measuring cups fordry ingredients something to move aroundthe wet ingredients in and then you’regonna need a whisk and then you’re gonnaneed some bowls one for the dryingredients ingredients okay so theseare the ingredients you’re gonna needthis is whole wheat flour but I thinkyou can use white flour as well bakingsodasea salt cinnamon baking powder vanillayou’re gonna need one large egg I usealmond move because I don’t use regularmilk usually this is one cup of Greekyogurt and you can either use maplesyrup or honey whichever you have athome some dark chocolate chips for funand two bananas that we’re gonna meshokay guys so we’re gonna start off withour dry ingredientsI forgot that you’ll need a knife so youneed a knife because you’re gonna needto measure your flour to make sure thatit’s one cup you need to level it offthen you put your flour in here okayguys so the next ingredient we’re gonnaneed is the baking powder so the coolthing about the baking powder that Ihave it has its own leveler so you justhave to scoop it like this and put inyour baking powderthe next ingredient you’re gonna need issome baking soda and you can do the samething with your baking sodaand then you’re gonna need some sea saltso with the salt I recommend you pouringit over in another place first so thatyou don’t put too much and you justlevel it off and add your salt and thenyou can do the same thing with yourcinnamon add it in another spot so youdon’t put too much add your cinnamonokay after you add your cinnamon you’rejust gonna need to mix your dryingredients together slowly so you don’tget everything everywhere like that it’sall blended the next thing we’re gonnado is we’re gonna move on to our wetingredients okay so we’re gonna startworking on our wet ingredients so Ipoured a cup of yogurt but we only needhalf a cup of yogurt so I’m going to putit into my half a cup and then afterthat we’re gonna need some milk so we’regonna need 3/4 cup of almond milkokay so I’m just gonna check to makesure but I have three fourths up alittle bit more than 3/4 so I’m justgonna just a tiny bit that looks good tome so I’m gonna add it to the yogurtwhen I decided to go with maple syrupthe recipe calls for organic maple syrupbut I don’t have that so I’m just gonnause regular maple syrup it’s one cheese1 tablespoon sorry of maple syrup sowe’re gonna need 1 large egg so youcrack the egg in a different Bowl andthat’s just to make sure the egg is agood egg and you don’t get anythinganywhere else into your already mixedingredients I’m gonna pour it in thenyou’re gonna wash your hands after youfinish washing your hands we’re gonnaput some vanilla extract in so likeeverything else pour it in another placeso you don’t get too much into yourmixed ingredients so once you have yourvanilla in you’re gonna mix all youringredients together[Music]all right so you’re gonna need twomashed bananas so I’m gonna divide thebananas up just so it’s easier to mashthemokay so once your bananas are mashed youadd them into your wet ingredients onceyou’ve mixed in your bananas you’regonna mix in your dry ingredients so youjust put in a little bit at a time soyou don’t get your flour everywhereagain you just mix itit’s moreelasticmake sure you get all the sides so youdon’t leave some flour on the sides andit’s gonna be a little lumpy because thebananas in it so they’re gonna be verysmooth pancakes okay the lastingredients that you’re in the end isyour chocolate chips and I just put alittle bit not too much because youdon’t want it to overwhelm the recipethen you just mix them in already okayso you put your stove on medium high andthen you want to spray your pan I usedlike to use this baking spray so that mystuff doesn’t stick and you just spraylike that and then I like to wipe itjust so that it spreads evenly andnothing sticks and then you get your 1/3measuring cup and you scoop youringredients and you make your firstpancake and then you’re just gonna haveto sit and wait for it to bubble alittle bit so that the bottom dries outokay and then you need to just flip itto the other side and remember I usedwheat flour so it’s gonna be a littlebit darker than normal it won’t be aswhite and like you let the other sidedry out and now you can make a few morepancakesyouthank you for joining me while making mySaturday breakfast I hope you guys enjoyit as well
