How to Make Protein PACKED Pancakes in under 5 minutes | Gluten Free Pre-workout Meal * WOW *

Protein packed pancakes

Ingredients:
Makes 4 medium pancakes
1 cup steel cut oats
3/4 cup almond milk
1 heaping tbsp almond butter
1 egg
Pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp honey

Directions:
1. Pour oats in a blender and blend until fine powder forms.
2. Pour blended oat mixture in a mixing bowl.
3. Add milk, egg, almond butter, cinnamon, honey, hemp seed, flax seed.
4. Mix until thoroughly combined.
5. On stove top, heat pan on medium heat with a little butter.
6. Pour pancake mixture to form pancake. Cook each side for a few minutes until lightly browned.
7. Stack on plate
8. Pour maple syrup over pancakes (optional) and any other toppings.
9. Enjoy!!!
