Following Ingredients are used to prepare easy pancakes at home.
All Purpose
Flour (Maida) 1 Cup
Baking Soda 1/4 TS
Vanilla Extraxts 2 Drops
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Butter 2TBS
Milk 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Vegetable Oil
Start by mixing baking powder in all-purpose flour. Mix well so that the baking powder is spread even. After that, add the sugar and go through the mixing process again. Now is the time to beat the eggs well. Beating eggs well and mixing butter in the process is really important to make floppy pancakes recipe from scratch. Add other ingredients also in the egg and make a good mixture. Now, mix this mixture with all purpose flour or maida. When you mix well, you would get a really nice pancakes mix.
Put some vegetable oil in the pan and spread the pancakes mix. You would need to have the fire or flame at low so that the pancakes recipe cooks nicely. After the pancakes are ready, add some honey and chocolate for added taste. You have now learned how to make easy pancakes at home.
