How to make easy pancakes | Healthy | IBS and IBD Friendly

This is an easy to follow pancake recipe for soft, fluffy and healthy pancakes.
This is a healthy recipe and also IBS/IBD friendly as it cuts out baking powder and yeast. The milk used is 100% lactose free milk but any type of milk can be used depending on tastesituation

Ingredients:
– 200g self raising flour | use any brand
– 200ml milk | any type of milk can be used i.e lactose free, coconut, almond…
– 2 table spoons of brown demerara sugar | any brand or type
– pinch of salt for taste
– tea spoon of sunflower oil
– 3 eggs | any size

The ingredients will make approx 8 pancakes, but this depends on how much batter you use per pancake when cooking.

Simple steps to cook
1. Mix all ingredients together gently in a large bowel
2. Whisk until smooth
3. Heat non-stick pan on medium heat and use ladle to pour batter onto pan
4. cook until you see bubbles start to pop | approx 1-2 mins
5. Flip and cook for a further 1 minute, longer depending to taste

Can be served with whatever you like, ideas include
– Nutella
– Nutella and peanut butter
– Peanut butter
– Bananas and peanut butter (wifes favourite)
– Strawberry jam, peanut butter and nutella
– bit of golden syrup
– just sprinkle of sugar
