HOW TO MAKE SOFT AND FLUFFY PANCAKE

FLUFFY PANCAKE

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Flour,
2 tbsp Granulated White Sugar
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk, Fresh milk or Evaporated milk
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1 tbsp Vanilla Essence or 1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pc Egg

Procedure:
1. Sift flour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix together.
2. Add milk and melted butter. Mix.
3. Add Egg and vanilla essence. Mix until no lumps but do not over mix. Over mixed batter makes pancake heavy and flat.
4. Heat a frying pan. Grease with little oil or butter. Scoop 1/4 cup pancake batter. Cook over low heat.
5. When the edges of the pancake look dry and bubbles start to appear and pop, then flip the pancake. Cook until browned on each side.
6. Serve with a pat of butter and drizzle with maple syrup
