Oats – 1 cup
Wheat Flour -1/2 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Curd – 4tbs
Baking Soda – a pinch
Salt – a pinch
Banana – 1
Mango – optional
Raisins – Optional
Sugar/Jaggery – Optional

• Dry roast Oats and grind it till powdwrish.
• take a pan, mash banana. Add all the ingredients.
• Make a batter by using milk and curd
• Heat and grease a pan
• Put batter on it and let it cook on low flame.
• Granish it with your choice of ingredients or you can have it as it is.
• Healthy Pancake is ready to satisfy your taste buds.

• Before adding batter on heated pan. Grease it with oil and wipe it with a cloth, then sprinkle few drops of water all over and wipe it with cloth. This will not let the batter stick to the pan.

• Mango and Raisins have been added as replacement of sugar. It came out to be sweet enough to have it. If you are checking your diet and want to eat clean, hive this option a try. Else you can add sugar or jaggery as per your taste.
