طريقة عمل بانكيك اللوز | How To Make Almond Flour Pancakes

Today I’ll be showing you how to make small batch almond flour pancakes. Sometimes I make this for lunch when I want something sweet yet filling.

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup milk or dairy-free milk
1/2 Cup almond flour
1 Teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of vanilla
1 Large egg
Butter and/or oil for frying

١٤ كوب حليب
١٢ كوب طحين لوز
١ ملعقة صغيرة من صودا الخبز
١٤ ملعقة صغيرة ملح
١ ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا
١ بيضة كبيرة
زبدة للقلي

Directions:
1) Mix all the wet ingredients. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Mix till you reach a chunky yet smooth consistency. You may have to adjust measurements of the flour or milk to get the right texture. Just make sure the batter is not runny.
2) Butter the skillet. Pour the batter into small circles. Flip when you see most of the top side all bubbly.
3) Stack the pancakes and add desired toppings. I like berries and Maple syrup.
4) Serve and enjoy!

Notes:
– optional add-ins: cinnamon and apple slices.
