How to make Quinoa Pancakes – Recipes for Kids

Channel today I’m gonna teach you guys
how to make quinoa pancakes
they are very yummy pancakes and are
also healthy and gluten free you’re
gonna need two bowls for this recipe
one for the land gradients one for the
dry ingredients now before we get
started let’s make you never gonna
measure about half a cup of quinoa and
we’re gonna wash it make sure you wash
it really well then we boil the quinoa
on the stove until the seeds break open
you will know they’re ready when the
seeds look like the letter C now raised
start mixing let’s start with the dry
ingredients first we are gonna mix one
and a quarter cups of oat flour you can
buy this pre grounded at stores or drive
it down with old-fashioned oatmeal in a
coffee grinder or a blender yourself
next we add a quarter of a cup of
coconut flour then 2 teaspoons of baking
powder and 1 teaspoon of baking soda
then 1/8 of a teaspoon of salt now we
mix
now for the wet ingredients first red
put it to eggs then we’re gonna add one
and a half cups of milk if not you can
also use buttermilk after that three
tablespoons of oil olive or vegetable
works after that one teaspoon of vanilla
now we stir
