In this video we tried to find a way of eating snacks without feeling guilty ^^ and thats why we make a Vegan Cookies.
It is really delicious yet healthy (couldn’t be better..)
¼ cup coconut milk
2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
2 cups Chocolate chips
1 cup Oats
½ tsp Salt
1 Sea Salt
2 tsp Vanilla extract
½ cup coconut oil
1. Add the flour, sea salt, baking soda, brown sugar, and oats. Mix well.
2. Put them all into mixer and add coconut oil, milk, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips
3. Mix well until a dough forms and well incorporated.
4. Put them onto a lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for about 14 minutes.
