yields 24 large cookies

Cook time – 14 min per cookie sheet
INGREDIENTS
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
2 large chicken eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
shake of Morton kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups corn flakes cereal
2 cups all-purpose flour
6 ounces of chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, light brown sugar, and butter together.
3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until well-incorporated.
4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and oats; stir well to combine.
5. Fold in corn flakes and chocolate chips.
6. Scoop large tablespoons of the dough onto a Pammed cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 14 minutes on the middle rack.
8. Allow cooling before eating.
NOTES
Use Kitchen Aid level 2-3 only. Level 4+ for urgent cookies only.
Adjust cooking time and temperature for higher altitudes.
