hey you guys welcome I hope that y’allare doing well today we are going tomake meringue cookies also known as Ringpuffs we’re gonna start off with threeegg whites at room temperature go aheadand pre-heat your oven at 250 degreesyou’re gonna want to add 1 and 1/2teaspoon of clear vanilla[Music]and 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartaryou’re also going to want to add 2/3 cupwhite sugar in a separate Bowl and thenas you’re mixing add 1 teaspoon at atime it’s going to take about 7 minutesto form stiff peaksonce your meringue has stiff peaks ifyou would like you can add in a coupledrops of food coloring in any color youwould like[Music]I’m using the Wilton tip 1 in I’m gonnago ahead and put my batter in mydecorating bag and I decided to makecactuses just for fun[Music]I’m gonna let those bake for 40 to 45minutes but it depends on how big themeringue cookie is I can go ahead andpull them out and check on them and ifthey are sticky to the touch go aheadand leave them in for another 10 minutesyou’ll notice that they’re kind of brownon top but before we go I want to justshow you what these look like thesemarine puffs um so they I made someextra with that I had some batter leftover so I just made dull up I don’t knowwhat you’d but anyways they’re kind ofhard on the outside this is what theylook like they just peeled right off ofthe parchment paper and they’ve got likea crust on the outside and then they’relike real chewy on the inside so I showy’all what they look likelooking in the viewfinder to make surethat y’all can see it and they’re reallygood they’re really really goodI’ve already had like five of them so Iprobably shouldn’t have this one it’sgot a lot of sugar in itokay guys that was it for this video Ihope you enjoyed it if you did pleasegive me a thumbs up and if you’re newhere please consider subscribing I wouldjust love that I’m also giving $100giftcard away if you’d like to enter umI’ve got three choices there’s an Amazonor a Walmart or a ok Amazon Walmart orNetflix so if you’d like to enter justput down below in the comments which oneyou’d like and I’ll let y’all know nextweek I hope you have a wonderful weekand I’ll see y’all next weekalright guys that was good for thisvision she’s not gonna stop
