This delicious Custard cookies are filled with childhood memories! Let’s make them ourselves this year and enjoy it with your family !
Ingredients :
150g butter
70g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
120g wheat flour
50g corn flour
80g custard powder
Some Chopped cherry
Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, stir the butter and icing sugar until well combined
2. Pour in egg yolk and vanilla essence, stir well.
3.Sieve in wheat flour, corn flour and custard powder, mix all the ingredients until become a soft dough.
4.Wrap the dough with cling paper and let it rest for 15 minutes.
5 shape the cookies with cookies mould, put a chopped cherry on top.
6.Bake the cookies in preheated oven at 150c for 15 – 17 minutes.
7. Leave it completely cool down before taking it out from tray, store the cookies in clean and dry container.
