No-Bake Avocado Coconut Pie (vegan and gluten free recipe)
For the crust :
100g gluten free oats
30g flax seeds
50g almond nuts
3 Medjool dates, pitted
3 Tbs melted coconut oil
1 lime, juiced
For the filling:
2 Avocados
250g coconut cream
40g coconut flakes
2 Tbs maple syrup
1 lime, juiced
– Freeze for one hour
– Top with coconut flakes
