1 Butterflies
INGREDIENTS
• Cookie dough
• Cocoa Cookie dough
• Baking paper
METHOD
Place a flattened cookie dough on top of some kitchen paper.
Place cocoa cookie dough on top.
Roll up the doughs and freeze.
Cut the dough roll in half and place one roll alongside the other.
Cut slices of both doughs.
Press the center with your fingers to make it a butterfly shape.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºC).
2 Mix
INGREDIENTS
• Cling film
• Cookie dough
• Cocoa Cookie dough
METHOD
Make small stripes with each of the masses, on top of cling film.
Push them all together.
Place a larger piece of plain dough on one end and use the cling film to roll all the strips into one large roll.
Freeze the roll. Then remove the cling film and cut into slices.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºC).
