How to make crispy oat cookies at home



Very easy method to cook crispy oat cookies at home. Please follow the recipe.

Crispy oat meal cookies

Half cup (100g) unsalted butter (room temp)
3/4 cup brown sugar (Shakkar)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 large egg ( room temperature)
1 cup all purpose flour (meeda)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coffee
1 cup oat ( Quaker meal)
Half cup chocolate chips

Recipe:
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. Take butter in the bowl and beat it with electric beater until the butter become smooth. Now add brown sugar and beat for about 1 min until the mixture become smooth and creamy. Then add 1 egg, vanilla essence and beat to mix well. Scrap down the side of the bowl with spoon as needed. In the separate bowl mix together the flour (meeda), baking powder , salt and coffee (optional). Now add the flour mixture to the mixture you prepared before and beat well. Mix chocolate ship and oats , and then gently fold into the mixture. Prepare the baking tray with wax sheet (butter paper). Now make small balls of mixture with the help of two spoons and place them in baking tray. Don’t forget to keep some space between all mixture balls. Now put the tray into preheated oven for 13-15 mins for crispy cookies. ( bake them for only 10 mins in case you like soft cookies )
