I tried something new today Sweet Potato Cookies!! I will share this recipe even though I’m new to it myself! So I’m still perfecting it but you are welcome to try it! Watch the video to see how it comes out!
1 cup of Sweet potato purée(this should already have the cinnamon sugar nutmeg egg milk in it)
Dash of salt
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Let cookies firm in the fridge 5-10 minutes
Bake @ 375 for 8- 10 minutes

2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar
Tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons of powder sugar
