Subscribe For More Video Recipes 外はサクッと中はしっとり、チョコの風味が広がる濃厚なクッキーです。 クルミを入れて食感をプラスしました。牛乳と一緒に食べるのがおすすめです。 簡単でとても美味しいのでぜひチャレンジしてくださいね。 Cooking treeさんのBrownie Cookies Recipe : ブラウニークッキー を参考に少しアレンジして作っています。 参考にした動画・レシピはこちら↓ ーーーーーーーーー ■材料（ブラウニー風クッキー生地） ・ダークチョコ　　　　　 110g ・無塩バター　　　　　　　60g ・粉糖又はグラニュー糖　　40g ・全卵　　　　　　　　　　40g ・薄力粉　　　　　　　　　50g ・ベーキングパウダー　　　 2g ・刻んだクルミ　　　　　　30g ■作り方（ブラウニー風クッキー生地） ①ボウルにダークチョコレート･無塩バターを入れます。 ＊レンジで時々混ぜながらで溶かします。　 ＊熱くなりすぎないように注意して下さい。 ＊温度は50℃前後が目安です。 ②粉砂糖を①に入れホイッパーで混ぜます。 ③全卵を②に入れ滑らかな状態になるまで混ぜます。 ④薄力粉・ベーキングパウダーを③に入れ混ぜます。 ⑤刻んだクルミを④に入れ軽く混ぜて完成です。 ⑥ラップで包み冷蔵庫に入れ生地を休ませます。 ■材料（バニラクッキー生地） ・無塩バター　　　　 55g ・粉砂糖　　　　　　 45g ・全卵　　　　　　　 20g ・薄力粉　　　　　　120g ・バニラエッセンス　　2g ■作り方（バニラクッキー生地） ①ボウルに柔らかくしたバター･粉砂糖を入れホイッパーで混ぜ滑らかな状態にします。 ＊硬い場合は少し温めても構いません。 ②全卵・バニラエッセンスを①に入れ滑らかな状態になるまで混ぜます。 ③薄力粉を②に入れ混ぜます。 ④ラップで包み冷蔵庫に入れ生地を休ませます。 ■成形 ①生地を冷蔵庫から出します。 ＊ブラウニー風クッキー生地：１０g前後に分割して丸めます。 […]
