No Knead Sourdough Bread | Bake With Luca

Ciao guys!

Today I’m making this easy sourdough bread. It doesn’t require a lot of time and it’s a very very simple recipe!

Here is the recipe:

– 300gr strong bread flour
– 240gr lukewarm water
– 60gr sourdough starter
– 10gr salt

Dissolve the salt into the water. Then add the sourdough starter and dissolve as well. Pour in the flour and mix until the flour gets completely hydrated. Let it rest for 4 hours.

Then give the first round of folds and let it rest for 45 minutes. Repeat for other 2 times.

Then shape the bread loaf and let it proof for two hour.

Preheat the oven to 220°C with a sauce pan or dutch over.

Place the bread into the saucepan and bake at 220°C for 30 minutes with the lid on then remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes.

Cool down the bread on a cooling rack before sclicing.
