How I make Maple and Honey Oatmeal bread inspired by King Arthur Bread Flour and their recipe of Vermont Maple and Honey Oatmeal bread. In my bread I use local Michigan Maple and Honey along with a tad less wheat flour as well as replacing the all purpose flour with bread flour.

i want to be able to do that kind of work with computers, but they don’t necessarily pay that well (40k a yr).
