How to Make Portuguese Sweet Bread, Part II

You made the dough, now you’re in for the long haul (the next 6 hours or so!) Are you ready?

Some video highlights:
Smaller Round Baking Pans – 2lbs of dough
Large Round Baking Pans – 2.25lbs of dough
Allow time for the dough to rise in the pans
Cut top of sweet bread with the traditional X and wash in egg
Bake in oven at 275*F for 45 minutes (small), 1 hour (for large pans)
