Who knew making Naan bread is this easy. See the recipe below and try it yourself. It was absolutely delicious
Recipe
BREAD
3 1/2 Cups of General purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt
2 TBSP Water
OIL
4 TBSP Olive Oil
Crushed Garlic
2 Pinches of Salt
2 Pinches of Cumin
Method
1) Mix flour, Yoghurt, and water until it starts to combine
2) Remove dough from container and knead until the dough becomes silky
3) In a small container mix the oil, salt, and Cumin together
4) Divide the dough into 8 pieces
5) Roll each piece into small discs (See video 4:12)
6) On high heat roast bread until a bubble forms, remember to brush oil over the bread before turning it around
7) Flip over once and batter again
